Join us for a pre-lunch Cooking Demo by Chef Boulud which will take place in the Gaggenau Demo Kitchen. After the demo enjoy a champagne reception, and book signing before indulging in lunch prepared by Daniel Boulud , Nathan Rich of Twin Farms, including wines from Cyril Chappellet of Chappellet Vineyards and Larry Stone of Lingua Franca and Rajat Parr of Domaine de la Cote.
