The ten-course dinner will be hosted by Aubergine Executive Chef Justin Cogley and Pastry Chef Yulanda Santos, and will feature an all-star lineup of Relais & Châteaux Chefs including Daniel Boulud and Michelin 3-star Chef Michael Tusk. Once in a lifetime wines include Champagne Pommery 2000 “Cuvée Louise” in Magnum with Chef de Cave Thierry Gasco, 1982 Château Margaux in Magnum with Deputy Managing Director Aurélien Valance, Domaine Comtes des Lafon 2004 Le Montrachet with Dominique Lafon, and Bouchard Père & Fils 1976 Beaune Grèves Vigne de l’Enfant Jésus Premier Cru in Magnum by Winemaker Philippe Prost.
