The ever so popular Friday Black Truffle Dinner is back by popular demand with the addition of Graham Gaspard’s fabulous Black River Caviar. Featured chefs include Relais & Châteaux and Michelin 2-star Shinichiro Takagi, owner and head chef of Zeniya – a kaiseki – which is a Japanese haute cuisine restaurant in Kanazawa on the western coast of Japan, Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux Per Hallundbaek, Chef Owner of Michelin-starred Danish restaurant Falsled Kro, who has been bursting with culinary passion since he was a child and Relais & Châteaux Chef Chris Kajioka of Hotel Wailea who formally trained under Thomas Keller at Per Se and with Ron Siegel at the Dining Room of the Ritz –Carlton. Following a Champagne Pommery reception enjoy wines from Pahlmeyer, Peay, and Hitching Post.
