This spectacular dinner will be paired with rare wines directly from the cellars of Colgin, Antinori, Krug Champagne, Domaines JL Chave and Alex Gambal. The ten-course dinner will be hosted by Aubergine Executive Chef Justin Cogley and Pastry Chef Yulanda Santos, and will feature an all-star lineup of Relais & Châteaux Chefs including Michelin 3-star Chef Joshua Skenes of Saison, Michelin 2-star Chef Kyle Connaughton of Single Thread Farms, Brady Williams of Canlis, and William Bradley of Addison Del Mar. Once in a lifetime wines include 2000 Krug Champagne in Magnum with Olivier Krug, 1995 Solaia in Magnum from the Antinori family private cellar with Alessia Antinori, 2013 Domaine Alex Gambal Batard Montrachet with Alex Gambal, and 2006 Colgin “IX Estate” with Ann Colgin and the rarest of rare Vintage Domaine JL Chave Cuvee “Cathelin” with Jean-Louis Chave. This extremely limited seating dinner will be an experience not to be missed by the connoisseur of food and wine. Wines presented by Sommeliers Larry Stone, Rajat Parr, Mark Bright and Tyler Newell.
