Famed Michelin 3-Star Chef David Kinch, of award-winning Manresa Restaurant in Los Gatos, California will be joining us in a cooking demonstration in the elegant Gaggenau Kitchen. This hands on experience will highlight recipes with a delicious lunch to follow in La Playa Carmel’s Sea View dining room featuring Relais & Châteaux Chefs Patrick Kriss of Alo, William Bradley of Addison Del Mar, and Patissier Christopher Wilson of Twin Farms and rare wines.
