Famed Chef Joachim Splichal, Master Chef of award-winning, Michelin starred restaurant, Patina in Downtown Los Angeles, will be joining us in a cooking demonstration in the elegant Gaggenau Kitchen. This hands on experience will highlight recipes with delicious lunch to follow in La Playa Carmel’s Sea View dining room featuring Relais & Châteaux Chefs Patrick Kriss of Alo, William Bradley of Addison Del Mar, and Patisserie Christopher Wilson of Twin Farms and rare wines.
