The strolling dinner highlights world class Relais & Châteaux Chefs including Michelin 3-Star phenom Joshua Skenes of Saison San Francisco, Chef Kyle Connaughton winner of Michelin 2-Stars in his first year at Single Thread Farms, William Bradley of famed Addison Restaurant in San Diego, our own Executive Chef Justin Cogley and Pastry Chef Yulanda Santos of Aubergine at L’Auberge Carmel, the incredibly talented Brady Williams of Canlis in Seattle, Valrhona’s Star Patisserie Derek Poirier, England’s super Chef Nigel Haworth, Boston famed Barbara Lynch of Menton and Canadian superstar Patrick Kriss of Alo, at stations paired with prestigious wine estates including Champagne Ruinart, Antinori, Domaine JL Chave, Colgin, Chappellet, Weingut Künstler, and other spirit producers, craft beer and luxury partners.
