Robert Talbott’s vision for making a wonderful white burgundy style chardonnay in California has come to fruition with his famed estate and Sleepy Hollow Vineyard in Monterey County’s Santa Lucia Highlands. Robert Talbott will lead guests on a tour of the vineyard, a barrel tasting of their latest vintage and a sumptuous lunch paired with Talbott wines
prepared by Relais & Châteaux chefs Robert Curry & Paul Lemieux of Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley and Jason Bangerter of Langdon Hall in Ontario.
